A brick room with two windows. This is the inside of one of the rooms in an old mental hospital long abandoned. It is a cold room with rust from age. This photograph was shot at the Western State Lunatic Asylum in Staunton, Virginia, USA. Would look great as a framed print. Other gifts also available.

Hello, and welcome to my world. Here you will find that which is unconventional, out of the ordinary, one of a kind, surreal digital art. The portal was formed a long time ago, in a far off place called The Realm of Poetry. For many years the lyrics sounded the call of exploration, dreams and fantasy. And then a new challenge worked it's way into my heart. The Image was discovered. A camera appeared and with great need to delve into another universe, I became motivated to create poetry of another kind. I am a traveler floating from orb to orb, expanding the possibilities of Art---for your pleasure. Enjoy. For licensing any image, please go to...

Forlorn was the word that popped into my mind when I first saw this image. (It gave me a bit of a chill, actually.) Beautifully done and your description helped satisfy some of my curiosity about this room. So many stories it could tell. I love the old brick and the grunge and especially, the creative rust! l/f
